This book is good so far. I think that Margot is correct, It doesn't have much rising action. Nothing really exciting has happened since the bomb. I think the author should learn to spread out the exciting events because it kind of started out really exciting, and then dies down a little bit. There are not many hooks, but I like all the figurative language. Its well written, and I really like it. How far are you guys? Im on chapter 10.

at first, I felt really bad for her best friend, but now I think she needs to toughen up,and tell someone why she is so sad! I think it was really nice of her to give her the last piece of choclate- especially because she loves it so much.

I think the book is beginning to get interesting again, because not only is Suzanne singing in operas but she's running out of reasons why she is visiting the doctor to get the messages that she has to deliver. Now that she's going to sing in Paris, she has the problem of not being in town to pass the messages on to the other spys. I believe the next few chapters will get more interesting because of this problem. What would you do? Go to Paris and sing or stay in town to deliver messages to the other spys? I wonder if she's ever going to get caught?

Robby! We need your opinion!!! Come on! Ok, so this book is really good, but I still don't see why the father has to work for the Nazi's. I also think that Yvette or Suzzane really realize how lucky they truely are- after all they have been thorough they are still stubborn, and not appreciative of what they do have.
